What people usually come to me for

Access to Work Coaching

Access to Work can make a huge difference, but understanding what support is available and how to use it can feel overwhelming.

I offer coaching to help you make the most of your Access to Work award, whether you're employed or self-employed. Together, we can explore practical strategies, confidence, organisation, communication, workload, and ways of working that fit your life.
Personal Coaching

Sometimes life doesn't need therapy. Sometimes you simply need space to think, reflect and move forward.

Personal coaching is for people navigating change, building confidence, making decisions, creating healthier boundaries or working towards goals that matter to them. It is collaborative, practical and shaped around what is important to you.
Workplace and Leadership Coaching

I work with directors, owner operators, senior managers and employees who want support navigating the challenges that come with responsibility, leadership, communication, confidence, decision-making and managing people.

Whether you're leading a business, supporting a team or stepping into a new role, coaching provides space to think clearly, develop your own approach and lead in a way that feels authentic to you.

What is coaching?

Counselling and coaching share many similarities. Both provide a confidential, supportive space to think, reflect and explore what is important to you.

The difference is often in the focus.

Counselling tends to spend more time exploring your emotional experiences, relationships and the impact of what has happened in your life. Coaching is usually more focused on where you are now, where you would like to be, and what might help you move towards that.

That doesn't mean coaching ignores your past. Our experiences shape who we are, and sometimes understanding those experiences is an important part of moving forward.

Coaching is about creating space to think clearly, challenge unhelpful patterns, explore possibilities and make decisions that feel right for you.

Booking and initial call

Before booking, it can be helpful to read through my fees and availability to make sure the practical side of things works for you.

If you would like to move forward, you can complete a short introductory form. This gives me some information about what has brought you here and helps make sure I can offer the right support.

Our initial call

Our initial call is a chance for us to meet, talk through what is bringing you to therapy, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

There is space to ask questions, talk about what support might look like, and discuss practical things such as session frequency, accessibility or availability.

Accessibility Matters to Me

If there is anything that would help make sessions or communication more accessible for you, you are very welcome to let me know before we begin working together.

Sessions

Sessions are available via telephone and video call across the UK, alongside limited in-person availability in Kirkham and Lea, Preston.

I believe people access support in different ways, and that therapy should be flexible enough to meet people where they are, rather than expecting everybody to show up in the same way.

Online and telephone sessions can often feel more accessible and manageable for people navigating disability, chronic illness, burnout, parenting, overwhelm or fluctuating capacity.
