Step 1 - Discovery Call

We'll arrange a 30 minute google meeting to talk about your aims and goals, and how we can work together. No commitments necessary.

Step 2 - Coaching Agreements

We complete a personalised coaching agreement for our needs. This will detail what coaching is required, how many sessions and who they are to be delivered to. 

Step 3 - Getting Started

When we have agreed on a path forward, we will start our sessions which will be tailored to your needs.

FAQ's


💬"Can you work under our branding?"
Yes. I can work under your branding as a white-labelled coaching partner if preferred, or as an independent practitioner delivering services in collaboration with your organisation.

💬"How do referrals work?"
Referrals can be made via a secure form, email, or direct contact, whatever works best for your team. Once referred, I arrange an intro call with the client (or staff member), complete a light-touch intake process, and agree a focus and format that suits their needs.

💬"Do you only work with clients or also staff?"
Both. I support clients and service users through 1:1 or group coaching, and also work with staff teams in a way that suits your business need.

💬"What’s the minimum commitment?"
I offer one-off sessions, short-term packages (e.g. 6–12 weeks), or ongoing arrangements depending on your needs. For new partnerships, I recommend starting with a pilot package or small group of referrals to see what works best for your setting.

💬"Can we trial the service?"
Absolutely. I often start with a small number of sessions or a single programme (e.g. 3–6 sessions with 1–3 individuals) so you can experience the impact before scaling. This allows you to test how well it fits your organisation and gives both sides space to assess what’s needed long-term.
